I'm 40 weeks tomorrow and started my maternity leave from work yesterday. I am so ready to have this baby but as of my last appt this past Tuesday, I still wasn't dilated at all. Anyone have any luck getting labor going with nipple stimulation? Or anything else? I'd love to meet this little lady as soon as possible!!

@skylarsmommy29, I hope she comes on her own! I have my next appt Wednesday too and my dr said we'll set an exit strategy at that point if she hasn't arrived yet.
If she's not here by my appt on Wednesday then we are going to be induced on Sunday
I wasn't either but I knew he wouldn't be getting any for a couple of mos after lol

Sex seemed to work for me. At 40 + 1 I was only 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced, had sex at 10pm fri and at 2:45am started having contractions, had her at 9am sat

I'm 40 weeks today and I have yet to go into labor.. last Wednesday I was 1cm still and I have walked around the neighborhood, on my treadmill, been on the yoga ball and did squats nothing worked for me I hope something works for you
I get contractions when i do the nipple stimulation but then they stop 😞
