They told me I was fine to feed while taking pain meds

with my first I pumped while I was in pain meds and there was no concern.

she got transferred to another hospital and is in the nicu. they said she had a little trouble breathing at first thats why they transferred her. while they were waiting she got better bit wanted her to still go and run more test but we called and they said shes doing great and will start eating in the am. @dang_dridri

i have to let my dr know so he can know what to give me. i had an emergency c section so no questions like that got asked. @dang_dridri

Yeah the Tylenol 3 helped me A LOT! I wasn't really in any pain & they gave me a prescription to take home for it. They should ask if you're breastfeeding or not before assigning your meds though.

i cant have ibprophen. they did a number on me so my pain levels will be like a 10@mluvs7

You'll probably be highAF though. I was out of there sometimes.

I didn't pump & dump. The hospital just gave me Tylenol 3 which is safe for breastfeeding mommas. 😊
