week long really really painful head ache... blood pressure is good no protein in pee, I'm well hydrated, rest doesn't help , caffeine doesn't help, Tylenol doesn't help,any ideas ?

At this point I take two Tylenol PM and it lets me rest off and on about 6 hours.
