Can someone explain to me what exactly back contractions are? At my nst earlier i was contracting ever 7 min but i wasnt feeling anything just hurt in my back. Does ur stomach get tight still or even hurt im so confused. Got induced with my son so never even really felt contractions. Need some advice

the only time i had back contractions i was in full blown labor and i wasnt paying to much attention to my stomach cuz my back hurt so much. if i remember correctly my stomach did tighten sometimes but not every time

back contractions are hell. it almost feels like you are getting the wind knocked out of you. your back muscles tighten

My stomach would harden but not every time but the pain in my back was unbearable by the time I got admitted. I was told that back contractions can be irregular even when in active labor (which happened to me & I had to get pitocin) mine were sooooooo bad
