I must say breastfeeding was fairly easy for me until now. My milk supply is shot nothing is coming…

@cubanese, She was making plenty 3 yesterday and 1 this morning. The milk stop early this morning and I last pumped 3 1/2 oz at midnight which was less than usual😕

Please try make yourself some oatmeal with a little cinnamon and sugar! (This helps up milk supply)! Drinking Powerade and Gatorade and up to a gallon of water a day will help also! If you like some more help and advice please fell free to message me!

@cubanese, is absolutely right I don't have a appetite but my baby boy is thriving good . @desi720 Breastfeeding isn't easy you got to committed to it . My first two children didn't latch one and I didn't force the issue but the last two did with no problem. I am still Exclusively breastfeeding my son who will be 6 months tomorrow. it hasn't been a easy journey for us . His pediatrician wanted me start him on formula but I didn't he is still on the smaller side but he is gaining. I would just say try to pump every 2 hours that really helped me with my supply . I wish you the best and I hope your able to continue to breastfed your princess

@cubanese, I was only pumping once a day I had no idea it was to soon😔. But I've been mostly breastfeeding 95% of the time she is use to having more milk I think and my boobs are so soft and empty feeling. She latches on an gets frustrated because it empty and I keep switching boobs back and forth to try and satisfy her. But I'm not even leaking like I use to or nothing. I would hate to use formula but I don't know if il have a choice if she gets really hungry and starts crying non stop. 😭
