literally slept a total of 2 hours since 630 last night...why isn't he going to sleep omfg I'm getting so frustrated. I'm dog tired right now about to cry

There's machines you can buy like on Amazon or apps you can get on your phone. We use it with Dexter and I think it helps a lot. I just turn it on when it's bedtime and leave it on til morning.
