Im@suppose to be on no dairy or soy but occasionally I have some. I usually don't eat breakfast but if I do it's most likely a sandwich with provolone salami and ham, those circle salads with the stuff you mix into it I snack on throughout the day, and then have a meaty dinner with green beans or corn and rice or something like that as a side. Water all day, sometimes orange juice or tea
I don't limit my diet, though we eat pretty healthy 95% of the time. I say 95% of the time because I just finished eating some peanut butter Oreos. Lol
I can't eat dairy or soy so dinners I usually just stick to grilled chicken & steamed veggies.

I do not eat cruciferous vegetables, excess sugar, added salt or salty foods, or anything too spicy. I also drink only one 8 oz cup of half caff coffee daily. My husband and I eat paleo, so we only eat organic meats, fresh fruits and vegetables.
