@neikadre, in the freezer its good 6 mths to a year. in the fridge its 5 to 8 days. I brought the breast milk bags on Amazon.

how long can breast milk last in thr freezer? o was reading a book that says after 5days it aint good anymore.. i honestly dont beleive that. but amma be a ftm so i wanna know from other moms.. n that bag that the milk is in where to u get them ?
