Does anyone know about using Vick's vapourub while pregnant? I have what feels like a sinus infection and I haven't slept well in a week and can't breathe and can barely eat anything...

I had a very bad sinus infection in my third trimester, my doctor recommended me Sinus Rinse. It's a bottle and premixed packets, make a solution and rinse through your nose. It's amazing, helped very fast.
I'm in the third trimester so idk and I was going to go but I fell asleep and now it's snowing outside :( lol
I was OK'd by my doc to use vicks & halls. But every doctor is different. I went to my local pharmacy and asked the pharmacist. I think once you are past the first trimester certain medicines are OK to use.
I can't stand halls so I'm trying to find other things I can do :/
I would ask the doctor but I think the rub or essential oils would be okay. Halls are not suggested for pregnant women so I'd also ask your doctor about that.
I used halls throughout my pregnancy whenever I had a cold, or sore throat & it helped.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
