Now I know why they say its better to lay on your right when pregnant... Laying on my left and feeling super nauseous😳 Let me switch to my right before I make my baby make me more sick.

laying on the left opens the uterine artery I believe. and I think it only matter when they start putting on weight, (the baby lol)

@savvylynn1 nah its your right. its a better blood flow for the baby. But im just feeling super nauseous laying on my left.

@pambays yeah by 20 something weeks they tell you to not lay as much on your left.

@pambays omg it is the left. i just googled it. Wtf my DR said the right was when I was pregnant with my son. I cant get comfortable on my left either.
