My daughter just started sitting up and she is 7 months old

4.5 months and once she got it she could do it so well all by herself almost immediately. We slacked on the tummy time cause she cried and cried but now loves it and is 7 months and can go from lying down to sitting up all by herself. Be patient encourage sitting up with her leaning on you. From my experience when they learn to do something it just kind of clicks and they do it. ❤️

my preemie born at 33 weeks didn't sit by himself until about 7 months.
