they gave me the time and date then called the other day to set up pre surgical testing for the day before ! As it gets closer to the time they will call to set that up

When I was scheduled I knew about a month in advance I went a few days before for blood work and I was told what time to come in but I didn't meet with anyone until I got to the hospital the day of my surgery..

@ppb14pj16, i just got scheduled for mine today at my doctors appointment but they just told me the time and day i was scheduled for . dont you have to meet with someone a day before the c section to go over everything?

with my first daughter it was unexpected that I was going to have a c section. BUT the day I had went to the hospital for a check that's when I found out they told me I was scheduled for one the next day they talked me through what was going to happen where I was going to be after the operation signed the papers and wait until they had an operating room after that it was a blur I remember them giving me the shot in my back placing me on the operating bed counting the tools and getting my baby out. my second pregnancy was scheduled for a c section two days before my due date but things turned for the worse and had to have her a month early unexpected as well. that one happened with in 10mins of a normal check up at the hospital
