I've been have mild cramps for about half an hour to an hour and feel like imma throw up I tried to get up and walk to see if it would help but it hasn't any advice

I feel same way but when i tried to walk i heard something pop an hurts like hell to walk now 😢
Momma's that Formula Feed.. Do your babies spit up after? And if they do how much? My daughter will be fed and burped and she'll spit up an hour or two hours later and its a lot. Anyone else experiencing this?
