how long did it take for everyone's babies eyes to change to their permanent color?

My daughter is 6 months and still has blue eyes. Her doctor thinks they will stay blue. Me and my husband both have brown eyes. Only one with colored eyes is his grandma and my grandma.
@mamahoude, yeah, his other sons are bright blue but their mother had hazel eyes (dad is brown) I have blue from my dad. and he has blue for mom and dad. it would be awesome, but I won't hold my breath. I'm a very dark brown.
@bima_514, yeah my husbands is light honey brown and mine are greyish blue (both light colors) his are super dark brown...ill be honest i was sad lol
If there's blue in your immediate families there's still a chance of blue
