When you get a text late at night from a close friend asking if you're up and your heart sinks even before you answer because you know her husband has been abusive again. pray for peace and guidance in their marriage and lives. I truly believe God can transform her husband into a good person but she needs to separate for the safety of herself and children

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
@princessqueen, thank you but it is for a friend. The worst offense my husband does is eat unhealthy food. haha
UPDATE: My friends husband is in jail for now with felony charges. Praise the Lord! He needs a lot of work.
