I live on my own I don't live with my family and don't have the best relationship with my parents and she has my son due to lies she made up and me being ill

Personally I would be focusing on the child you already have, at getting him back if that's what you want to do. Rather than thinking of children you may or may not have in the future.

depends on the circumstances of why they live with your mum
