got mines stripped twice bounce and walked and ate spicy food did squats ran up n down the hallway lmaoo I got induced at 41 weeks and 2 days

Walk up and down stairs that's how I got my contractions to pick up as well

yes my membranes was stripped on the 18th i wlked right after that appt for an hour the next day for an hour started bouncing on my yoga ball and my contractions startes picking up on the 20th i went for an hour walk at 2 came back at 3 and bounced on my ball for 5 hours went to the hospital at 8 that night had my babygirl an hour later at 911

i went into labor a day later

wow so hopefully I have my son in 3 days then lol

I got mines at 36 weeks I went into labor 3 days later so I gave birth at 37 weeks
