@withlovedkj, it is harassment but unfortunately she keeps calling my dad with it and in the state I live in it's up to him to file charges against her! He's too pissed to do anything at this point and all of his aggression is directed toward me! I can however make sure that this woman never sees my child again! And that is hitting her where it hurts! Its crazy because me and my child's father were trying to keep out of court and were trying to be civil but she keeps butting in and he keeps defending her and going against me so it's going to have to go to court

Do what's best for you and baby. If he is allowing his mother to control his life, you'll never be able to effectively coparenting with him until something drastically changes. @beezy_mcflyy 😞
