My supply has gone down a lot .. I'm officially out of my frozen milk and I think I'm starting to dry up so I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to start Noah on formula 🙁

you can get it from a health food store it does wonders for your supply as well as the lactation cookies I googled the recipe

that or mothers milk tea my local grocery store carries it ...but you have to drink a lot of it...
