i had my show starting early hours. theres still some there when i go to the loo. been having pains about every 5 mins throw out today xxx

I had my show and then went into labour a few hours later so just keep an eye on tightenings by timing how far apart they are. you will know when your in labour! xx

Don't do this to yourself! When I hit 37 weeks I thought every tiny little thing could be a sign of labour and I ended up having to be induced at 41+5 😂
