not really. you only really get to see there face, because they are big now. I'll attach a picture of one of my growth scans with my daughter. the nurse put it on 4d. was amazing x@pearlmarie

They can tell how big baby is just by looking at the head?

no. Pearlmarie asked whether the scans where detailed, and I said not really, because all we get to see is the head, which is detailed. they check the measurements by going over the baby bit by bit. which we can't really see. it's not like your 12 week or 20 week scan where we get to see the whole baby and all its bits like spine and legs, as the baby is too big for the screen now, so we only get to see the face in detail. do you understand now hun? @ttcrainbowbaby

growth scans are to measure the amount of fluid aswell. whether your carrying too much or too little. xx
