Are mesh crib bumpers safe? I felt so bad for my little miss just now- she got her leg stuck in the crib slat while I was in the bathroom.

OK mommy's question I am having twin girls and my husband and I cannot agree on anything I am getting 2 cribs my husband think both babies should sleep in the same crib what y'all think? and also my husband thinks the crib should be decorated with owl bedding I think one crib should be owls and 1 should be Minnie mouse what y'all think?
