When and how is it best to introduce cows milk to a baby who will be 1 tomorrow?

I just gave it to my son and watched for allergic reactions and he didn't have any and he enjoyed the milk.

I only give it once a day and about an ounce at first.

i wanna only give it for bedtime but I want him to try it so he can taste it

Mix half milk half formula n do less formula each day until he can't tell the difference .. my cousin did that with her daughter in it worked great

@emontesmommy thats what my friend said but I don't wanna give him formula at all. If he doesn't rake it by its self then I'll try the half and half. he takes a 8oz bottle so 4oz milk snd 4oz formula?

Yeah or even less 6 ounces milk 2 ounce formula just so he gets the taste cause that's what he's use to so it won't be so new but it will be n then transition him off

@emontesmommy so he just woke up from his nap right now and I want him to give him a try. should i do the 6oz milk and 2 oz formula or just put an ounce in his sippy cup so he gets a taste?

Whatever u feel is best I haven't tried it myself my son is only 2 months I just seen my cousin do it that way

Honestly when I do it for my son I'm just gon do an ounce at a time n see how he takes it .. I would do straight milk
