
My lunch today lol. Fruit smoothie and a baked potato. Weird combination, I know lol but I'm trying to get all the essential nutrients I need.
that's great. when I was in my first trimester I had really bad morning sickness and couldn't eat much but potatoes & pasta.
@mamalotus, thanks! I get pasta that has added protein and my prenatal has some omega 3s in it. :)
pasta is mostly carbs. just trying to help! fat is healthy such as omega 3s! :)
@mamalotus, I'm making pasta for super with cheesy garlic bread! I try not to overdue any one meal because I've been getting nauseous off and on. And I try to limit fats as much as I can. I used 2% milk in my smoothie which has a little fat
Aww that's no good! My nausea mainly comes around 8pm when I'm trying to put my kids to bed haha
