5 weeks postpartum today and I feel like my body will never be the same. 😕😕

You & me both...BUT then I look at my baby & literally it was all worth it. I mean hell...at some point in my life my "perfect" body was going to leave anyway!! It just happened sooner than later!! You are beautiful regardless mama!

I'm 11 weeks and still have a mommy pooch. I was skinny pre pregnancy so it's hard having extra weight. I'm learning to deal though. My daughter is totally worth it and the pooch is a nice seat for her! ❤️

Thank you!! That helps a lot. accepting my body as it is now and remembering it can still change after working out and has been the biggest challenge for me. I'll remember that when I start to get negative about it. It was all worth it. @gorgeoushar

You're welcome...don't beat yourself up...it took your body 9 months to get the way it is...be patient...enjoy your little one...

@emily.caroline, same here, I was skinny and my boobs were perky and firm and it's hard getting used to it even though yes it's totally worth it but still hard. I just have to remember it can still change if I work out!

Yes...I am 5 weeks pp...my little beauty was born at 2:18pm.
