Hey ladies. I'm pretty sure I just lost part of my mucous plug? I was checked for dilation on Thursday so I'm thinking it came out because of that? I'll post a picture in the comments but tell me what you think? I dont want to freak out this early and I'm not sure if I need to call my doctors or not about it lol.

It's normal..... and regenerates. can multiple times....

@reyesmomma, I know it can regenerate but I'm just curious if this is part of my plug or just normal mucous

Nope, no need to call unless there's lots of fresh blood in it. It'll regrow and you may lose more of it before delivery (:

Thanks! @efflyn I'm sure I lost mine because of them checking my cervix a few days ago but I just wanted to make sure since I've been cramping and having small contractions

You should be good! Just make sure you're timing your contractions.
