this may be a stupid question.. but what do you need for a newborn baby? like what are the necessary…

It helps to stock up on diapers and wipes. Plus the essentials like bottles, burp clothes, bibs, pacifiers, clothes, crib, diaper bag, baby clippers, and my daughter loves her swing so maybe one of those. There is a whole lot of stuff that could be useful with a newborn.

me and my husband are just trying to write a list of everything we need to buy before she is here and im kinda clueless rn @mommaalderman

We've only been getting the essentials. Diapers (we are doing cloth), clothes, a baby nest (for sleeping), strollers, car seat and a small bath tub.

You aren't going to do a shower ?

daipers, wipes, bottles, receiving blankets, lotion , soap , clothes of course lol & a thermometer, blankets , mittens... thats all i can think of right now.

Yeah I just bought a couple receiving blankets , some washcloths n towels , onesies pampers n wipes until my shower

we already have alot of clothes, probably more than she will end up wearing lol. diapers, wipes, lotion, soap, crib, mattress, and im making a baby blanket and baby booties for her. idk who is going to the baby shower or what they will get so we are just preparing because im just about to turn 29 weeks and its going by fast lol! @mommagi

Yeah so just get a thermometer and a medicine dispenser . & maybe a diaper rash cream for just in case & sounds like you'll be set

really? i know in walmart they have a grooming kit which has nail clippers thermometer and a bunch of other stuff. @mommagi

Yeah that thing the safety first kit . Yeah all the lists I looked at mentioned the things you've said and that .

thats good to know lol @mommagi i made a list and we want so many more things that arent necessary but we have to make sure we get the stuff we need first
