I gave my baby some applesauce at 5 months and it made her have the runs so bad. I'd wait a bit, personally.

Technically they say that you can start food at 3mo, but I personally don't until 5 at least. Their tummies are so sensitive and can't process real food that young

I'm not going to give it to him until I know he can have it.  I'm afraid to give him the apple sauce because I see that people say they can't handle it yet.
