so we just discovered my husbands step mom. told her son who lives with us that he can take us to court because we told him we didn't want his weed in the house. for reasons that we don't want it around our 8 month old and now that's I'm pregnant with the next baby. he disrespect us and told him we can can't make him and we should watch our kids. the fact she told him to take us to court infuriated us that she rather he precious boy be happy then us worrying about the safety of our children. so my husband decided she won't watch our kids no more of she wants to disregard our children's safety

good on y'alls part. my mom took us out of my grandma's house because she would rather drink and be with her boyfriend who was selling drugs out of the house instead of caring about our safety. now to your problem. does he pay rent or any kind of money?

oh he does. he pays us 400. but he leaves lights on we allow him to have his giant dog. he has a girlfriend over every weekend. I have to remind him to clean the bathroom once a week and to clean his room. it's a new built house so we don't want any damage to the carpet or walls. but we have no written contract. it's verbal and he has till March. he on house arrest has a suspended license. in and out of jail I want him to try and find a place to live for 400 a month with electricity. Internet. utilities. a bedroom and bathroom

I'd kick him out. State of Washington you only have to give them a 20 day notice. Me and my husband learned from our apartment complex when we signed the lease. As for the step mom I think not letring her watch the kids is a smart thing to do.
