Does anyone have any tricks on how to boost your energy during the first trimester? I was never this tired when I was pregnant with my daughter. I can't seem to keep my eyes open. Any ideas help
Napping seemed to help me the most. Even the tiniest naps did wonders! Also eating a snack every couple hours to make sure your body has fuel, you can try taking B12 too 😁 Don't forget it's okay to have up to 200mg of coffee a day good luck girly😊
