Does anyone have any tricks on how to boost your energy during the first trimester? I was never this tired when I was pregnant with my daughter. I can't seem to keep my eyes open. Any ideas help

emileemoreland Napping seemed to help me the most. Even the tiniest naps did wonders! Also eating a snack
pambays fruit and veggie. natural vitamins to boost energy!
