Normally after work I pump about 9 ounces... I just pumped 2 ounces. I am very upset right now the past few days my supply has completely dropped. Any suggestions on what to do?
Stay hydrated, eat healthy, and exercise! Breast feed or pump every two hours on the dot. Take a supplement if you feel like you need to! More skin to skin contact will also help. Try to actually breast feed instead of pump if you can.

Used the electric pump for 20 minutes and for maybe an ounce out....Attached the haaka right after and got 3.5 ounces....I don’t respond to an electric pump st all!
Can I give 4 month old baby 2 ounces juice???
Madi is taking ounce after ounce I literally can not keep up. I want to give her rice cereal to keep her full😑
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
so I finally was able to pump about two ounces while baby was nursing. .gave her two ounces then she nursed for about 20min and she was still hungry wth? ?lol for those mom's who pump ...how many ounces does your little one eat ??
Are you about to get a menstrual cycle?? a drop in supply is very normal during that time! Really try to pump at work as well. I know it's tough but look into freemie cups and use them on your break while you eat lunch maybe? keep a video of baby on your phone to watch while pumping and get as many snuggles in after work as possible! you may even want to try to offer the breast as a pacifier to baby for the next couple of weeks. Drink 2 gatorades a day and a bottle of water every hour! I also make awesome location bites. pm me for the recipe!
