worried about my two year old daughter she's constantly having to do something and very defiant spanking and redirection doesn't ever seem to work! From the time she gets up in the morning 8-9 am tell around 10-11pm she's constantly doing things Ive tried getting her to take a nap during the day even 30 mins of a nap will keep her up tell 2-4am and I have no idea what I can do different or if I need to talk to her Pediatrician or what. she's also refusing to eat at meal times too. Which isnt like her so idk what to do! please help! one tired and worn out pregnant momma!😫😴

I do I spank her and I feel like it never gets acrossed ! Pisses me off Ive had to step out of the room on multiple occasions because she just doesn't listen! I'll count to three and I've tried backwards and doesn't work she still will spit hit and bite herself yell back and such. she's very very verbalized for her age so it's not that she doesn't understand yet or isn't able to tell me what she's wanting. I literally have tried so much that I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do! 😥 @sweetnicole
You have to be consistent! My daughter did the same throng! I made sure nap time was always at noon because any time afterwards she would be up! You have to let her know you're the mama cause if you give in she will take full advantage of it!

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
