FTM here. I'm about 4 months PP and I'm loosing so much hair!!! My showers take twice as long just trying to get all the loose hair out!! Any advice on what I could do to help this!! TIA

You can also do a hair mask with olive oil and blended onions (yes gross and smelly but it really helps with hair growth) but keep baby away and wrap it up while you leave it in for a while

Biotin, coconut oil, and also if you stopped taking your prenatals start taking them again it helps too!
