Tips on potty training a 2 year old that can't quite talk yet? It's like as soon as I take her off the toilet she's peeing on the floor... and that's after I've had her sitting there for like 15 minutes trying to get her to pee

take her at least every 10 to 15 min

also if she gets to pee on the toilet make a big deal out of it and tell her she did a great job!

my daughter doc told me to wait till she ready which i did bc i kept trying to get her to go amd she wouldnt ..and once she started i gave her treats likd stickers nd a piece of candy

I have been... and it's like every time I take her off she just decides to pee. I've gone from 10, 15 and now 20 minutes of her sitting up there to see if she'll pee and she just won't in the toilet

who knows maybe she is not ready yet. some kids start later than others.

@lovelymomx2, how do you know when they're ready? She'll take her diaper off because she doesn't like to be wet yet won't pee in the toilet

my daughter went backwards she poops in the toilet but dont pee yet..but she hates being wet also..honestly i didnt think my daughter was ready until she told me"mommy i gotta go potty" you can always get her own potty sit it infront the tv sit her on it while her fav show is on and start a potty..something like you peepee in the potty
