anyone taking slow release iron supplement and taking their prenatal with iron ??

I read you're supposed to take iron separately than the prenatal so I take my iron about an hour before every night. I was anemic my last blood test so I doubled my dosage and started taking it separately

oh okay so its fine as long as there is a big gap between them. @klutzy

I was told if possible to take your iron opposite time of day than your prenatal

right my Dr said to take the iron in the morning and my prenatal at night @shelbyjo

Yeah I take one dose of iron in the morning and then the 2nd dose and my prenatal at night
