Then the following week we tried vegetables the first ones was sweet carrots he didn't like them so much the following week we tried fruits apples he absolutely loved he will be 6 months on October 29 his pediatrician said he was ready to start baby food so we did

I started at 4 moths with my first one , and he did so good!! But I have a 4 moth now and I try to feed him some cereal but he spit out , looks like he is not ready so I'll wait !!

4 months. Just look for the signs (can sit up with assistance, good neck strength, etc) and start with something simple. :)

I started my son at 4 months. His head was steady and he was able to keep his tongue down when I fed him with a spoon so be was ready.
