Trying to see if what I am experiencing normal. I'm 13 weeks ND a half and having bad back pain and abdominal pain. My lower stomach feels heavier than usual. Feeling out of breath as well. Called my doctor already waiting on a call back but for the mean time anyone else experience this? I have been pregnant before and don't remember this stage honestly! Scary being pregnant and having lupus I worry about everything and don't want to be overwhelming myself with something that is normal.

You can try taking a shower or bath to help your back if all fails it's okay to take a tylenol but I wouldn't take anything else ! @lili007

That's normal pregnancy stuff !! Long as it tolerable you should never be bending over in pain so if it's nothing extreme and no bleeding or severe cramping your fine . No worries hun . But to ease your mind you can always ask to be seen specially since your high risk they will take you . I'm high risk as well and if I really want to be seen even if they say I'm fine they still will see me . @lili007

@babybearblue2, no spotting or bleeding thanks God. Due to lupus I am at risk of a miscarriage so I'm just scared. But knowing this may be normal i feel a little better

Your not bleeding or spotting right? If the cramps are tolerable and unaccompanied by blood then more than likely your ok. I use to experience a lot of pressure around 13 weeks. I went to the hospital for it, also lower back pain that would go away after resting for a few hours. If you are truly concerned or on severe pain you should see your doctor or go to an emergency room. I cant tell the future but I truly believe you will be fine. Good luck with everything! :)
