Use Nuk pacifiers! The ones that have the little flat part. My son used a soothie one at first and I had to hold it in his mouth and finally switched it and he holds this one in.

@rachellee99, @ahauge6 could you guys post pictures of the ones your babies use? I've tried some nuk ones but maybe I need a different style! Thank you guys!!
