Well I've had a long morning. Went to the hospital at 12:30 AM. Didn't get home until 4:15. Then had the exact same pain levels as I did to make me go. Ended up staying up sick all morning and am still up:/ Dehydration and acid reflux really got the best of me today. I feel so dumb not drinking enough. I just never really think twice about it honestly.
