I need to know the truth from someone who has experienced it. I keep being told that my boobs will get saggy (originally a 34_36B cup and perky) if I breast feed or pump. Is this true?

pregnancy itself takes a toll on your boobs regardless if you pump or not. it doesn't happen to everyone but it does happen.

If you breastfeed period your boobs will sag. But to be honest it's all genetic 😌 so you might be one of he lucky ones if your mom didn't sag.

My boobs has always 'sagged' but it has gotten worse when I stopped breastfeeding. Not saying it will be bad for every woman but sometimes I regret breastfeeding
