After six and a half months of rocking my baby girl to sleep and about a month of her waking up about every hour after I put her down for bed, she finally has put herself to sleep. She woke up 45 minutes after I laid her down and I refused to pick her up. I put the paci back in her mouth and bounced the crib mattress. 15 minutes later and she's passed out.
Here's to hoping this sticks and she sleeps for momma 👏🏻

@dylansmom, oh my gosh! That's awesome! My Evie still wakes up twice to nurse (the rest are just when she's at the end of a sleep cycle and wakes herself up). But I think it may just be habit and I'm only gonna tackle one mountain at a time 😂 we got her to go to sleep on her own. We'll leave her alone for a bit then try sleeping through the night 😊
We are in the same boat here! My son finally started sleeping through the night most nights but still sometimes gets up once crying for no reason. Also these last few days hes been waking up super early in the morning
