A few months ago...I was changing Maya in John Lewis...and they had feeding rooms....2 separate…

I find that wrong.... iv breastfed my 2 kids until bout 1 n half and currently my newborn now.... me personally wouldnt do it in public unless absolutely necessary.... but I dont think theres anything wrong with it... but the way the world is makes out it is wrong and disgusting and so many articles on it.... an now they making it uncomfortable when going private... like 2 rooms really.... if you need to feed your baby its tetrible that you feel the need you have to hide away never mind breastfeeding and bottle room! smh.

@taralou I dont have a problem feeding publicly:) They cant see much anyway other than a bit of breast skin :) But to have a room where breast feeding and bottle feeding are separate...its so odd...Maybe they assume that bottle feeding mothers dont want to see breast feeding mothers visa versa?? 🤔🤔🤔 xx

@mother_of_humans Ah yes...totally forgot about the men haha :) that is true...see I dont have a problem feeding in front of men...even if strangers..but that's me...Makes sense though xxx

lol I commented on this then spoke to my OH and he said the same about the men could feed and its obvious they cant breastfeed.... lol... xx

@taralou Haha yeah...I only think about women...as I've basically been a single mum since being pregnant. I also think about women taken maternity leave..(obviously didn't think about the weekends where the dads are taking out the babies too) xxx

@taralou It was just my first time seeing that...so found it odd. As I had never come across two separate feeding rooms before...just one xxx

Maybe privacy
