@ginnalynn, I have already done that. they said there is nothing they can do because it's a "civil dispute" and that if I want anything done I would have to take her to court. but I'm not even in state right now. I'm with my fiancé on a semi truck. we haven't been home for like 3 months now.

yeah, I would just call the cops and show them that you have the receipt and never agreed to sell anything. press charges on the person who sold it and the person who bought it and won't return it
