I hate the people who told me that when you're breastfeeding you can eat whatever you want the weight will just come off..... I'm 20 pounds heavier than I was before I got pregnant and I'm flipping out

I eat pretty healthy and I'm having a hard time getting it off. I've been stuck at the same weight for like over a month. I guess it's good I'm not gaining but still. I have no free time to work out with my son. So it's like idk what else to do.
I had that happen to me too. I at 11 months PP I finally decided to do something about my weight gain and I've had lots of luck with Herbalife. I definitely gained a ton of weight after my delivery because of the stress of having a preemie, adjusting to life with 2 kids, and eating more to maintain my milk supply, but now that I'm 13 months PP and sticking to a program the weight has been falling off.

Yeah I'm starting to think that the whole if you breastfeed the weight will come off no problem is just a myth.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
