I was induced at 37 weeks with baby #1 due to high blood pressure. All I can say is make sure you and the doctors are prepared because baby can come relatively quickly. my son decided he was ready to be born while doc was in the middle of a c-section. So midwife had to deliver him. The water sac started coming out while we were waiting for doctor and I started freaking out because i thought he was already coming out!

Inductions are 50% more likely to end in c-sections, so do NOT forget to pack a heating pad. You'll definitely need one if you do end up having surgery. Many doctors throw out the option of induction because if it does end in surgery, the doctor makes 3x as much. So, know your options. Of course, there are many medical reasons to induce, but things like "the baby measuring large already" is not medically necessary as weight is just a guestimate at that point. Try not to worry - You will do great! 💗
