Thinking about going with a lab made diamond simply because its a better price. Has anyone one else…

honestly lab made anything is better. if you're going to wear it every day you won't have to worry about ruining 20k or getting chips. I have rings I refuse to wear because of the price and I will never be able to get the fixed if something happens

@jsco yeah that's how I feel. He bought a pair of diamond earrings I haven't worn just because of that.

when it comes to Diamonds I always get real ones. that's just my personal preference but the place where I buy my diamonds or my boyfriend has bought my jewelry we always get a diamond jewelry Bond meaning that they will replace or fix any damage diamonds or jewelry that I purchased from them all I have to do is bring it in every 6 months for an inspection and cleaning. but personally if I'm ever going to get diamonds or pearls they're always going to be 100% legitimate.

my mom's ring was like 38k and she smoked it on the counter and messed up the middle diamond. I smash my ring on everything and it's still fine

@reyesmomma, lab made diamonds are not fake diamonds. They have all the same chemical properties the only difference is one is man made and the other is made in the earth.

I have other man-made jewels such as sapphires, opals and emeralds I just personally would never purchase a man-made diamond.

mine is sapphire with diamonds around it. they're high quality lab made, my mom wasn't able to tell the difference. it just seems silly to spend so much on a diamond when the resale/ value is dropping so much

sapphire was is a dark blue gem Stone. it's not a diamond but it's a stone. you can get white sapphire, they're going to look a tiny bit different than a diamond but about the same

mine is lab. I get compliments all the time. it came with a lifetime warranty
