is it normal to have cramps when your only 4 weeks pregnant??

I never had any cramps in the first trimester in the 2nd I got some but it's just cause the uterus expands .. but at 4 weeks idk if your not bleeding or spotting u should be fine .. but if your really worried then go to a hospital go with ur instincts in the end it's all up to u

No your fine! As long as their not painful or bleeding you should be ok. They say second baby your ligament pain is worse and I've found that to be true

@korahleah_11, they're not really painful, they feel like period cramps but I'm not bleeding or spotting

Yes very normal, baby is still implanting itself into your uterine wall, I had cramps until 10 weeks. As long as you aren't bleeding you're totally fine
