Is Labor Starting? 2cm Dilated and Strong Contractions
Am in shock I'm 2cm dilated my cervix is as soft as it can get, baby is 0/5 non of head is palpable, cervix is mid position, had massive contractions start straight away now got cramping going down the backs of my legs. Massive show too. He said that was the easiest sweep to do got right behind babies head to separate the connections and stretched me quite wide. I have another weds if things settle but he's said I can just have my waters broken if I make it to Monday which he thinks I won't as these on off contractions have caused big changes. So off to do the shopping before things might kick off eekkk

I've had another evening of it toying with me, contractions every 7 mins loads and loads of bloody show backache with them and pressure down below then they have stopped again so im@off to bed to see what sleep I can get now @safiamammy1

Still here. Contractions stopped late last night. Walked round town all day today as felt OK then had loads of bloody show since and a bit crampy but not a lot else. Got another sweep tomorrow though @safiamammy1

They are still irregular they regulate then slow. But the pressure and pain forcing down with them is growing. I can't walk through them and I have to breathe deeply. If I get up too quick it sets more off. I'm really tired tho and I had this with one of mine before. My body was fighting it. The cramping with them is growing too. @safiamammy1

Yeah I was bonkers got as far as out the car doubled over contracting thought I'd be ok nope kept coming so have come home as I'm shivery feel sick as having contractions lots contemplating the tens machine already they are getting worse 😭if she comes today she will share a birthday with my son lol
I am wimping out of the 25 min drive to Tesco my contractions are intense when I stand up and move so gonna take my toddler to Mc Donald's up round the corner and go to the local shop instead as it's opposite the doctors surgery should I go woosh quickily as I live 30 mins from the hospital in a village lol. My labours are known to be super quick

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
