I'm curious, how far along before doctor starts checking to see if you are dialated?

I start this week. 36 weeks on Wednesday and my first cervical check is Thursday.

mine started at 35 weeks almost 36

with my son they did me at 35 because i had pain and had him at 36 weeks but with my daughter they didnt get to check me until 36 and ahalf
